点评：I chose TFP after a lot of consideration for a quality evening experience as family were coming from far & wide. We booked The Press Room out back and it was perfect for the 15 of us ( 12 adults & 3 little ones).
We were asked to "pre-order" which I understood being a big group and we did although everyone told me they think part of the fun of eating out is the choosing on the night depending how you are feeling.
When the food came it was absolutely gorgeous!
Between us we had starters, kids meals, mains and deserts - it was all terrific thanks to the hard working kitchen.
Service was friendly throughout - the bar staff as well were quick, eager & friendly (such a rare thing these days!). Going back and forth for drinks made a welcome break from the family excitement occasionally and we all enjoyed the choice available at the - for Cambridge - very reasonably priced bar.
All in all it's a big thank you to Holly and her team at The Free Press and I'll be in & out over the summer for a quality pint.
