点评：Gave the restaurant ample opportunity to respond and refund both directly and through deliveroo but they both refused despite our genuine complaint and explaining that we couldn’t eat the food. It’s is the worst delivered food we have ever had in our lives. It was not as advertised. It was not in in any shape or form Indian food and therefore i feel is a case is mis selling. It contained no Indian spices, no fresh ingredients, frozen mixed veg, chicken in what tasted like very cheap powdered tomato soup with no discernible Indian spice flavours, no onions, and other no flavours apart from lashings of chilli powder on the dry chicken, and the sagaloo which just tasted like bonfire. Deliveroos reason for not refunding us was that it wasn’t to our personal taste despite telling them all the above. It wasn’t about personal taste, it was substandard poor quality, unacceptable bland unpalatable cheap quality food. A total waste of nearly 50 pounds. Don’t waste your money!
