点评：While attending a game of bowling, with a friend who has suffered a major brain injury to the point the front of his skull was has been removed I have been left incredulous at the level of discrimination we were met with from your team. For the last month we have gone to this centre every Saturday afternoon for the past month as part of My friends rehabilitation not just physical rehabilitation but to integrate him back into society. This week we have been made to leave as we were taking to long in the game due to the injury he has ,security was called and our game closed down. All this when the food we had ordered just arrived. What a way to make someone feel and outcast and completely excluded from day to day actives. Then we were was accused of being racist when we brought these grievances to the manager on duties attention. The group that had booked the lane after us where completely understanding of our situation and willing to wait for us to finish the game we had started. I believe this situation to have arisen because poor staff training and low staffing levels, but also the egregious and arrivous nature of your business.
