点评:My friends and I go out once a month for a curry and catch up. We visited here on a Thursday evening during which I was served raw chicken (I am certain I had eaten some of it before I noticed-the restaurant lighting was dark).
Whilst I am relieved to have not been ill overnight I was appalled that a restaurant that describes itself as one of the best in Bristol could not ensure that any meat served is cooked thoroughly.
Whilst the girl who served us was very apologetic and did not charge us for that item. The explanation for the error, which could have resulted in me being extremely unwell or worse, was ludicrous.
Likewise the managers attitude and useless/inadequate communication skills were totally unacceptable. He did not speak to me until I approached him and only at that point did he say things like; ‘I can refund the whole bill.’ I declined this as he only said this as an afterthought. When I asked him to get the owner to call me he said he might still be on holiday and was very busy as he had lots of restaurants!! I have emailed them today but have not yet heard back.
