Me and my family are regular customers of Lana Castletroy, Limerick.
I would like to make a formal complaint about one of your employees. Her name is Aska Zyto. She claims that she is the manager of Lana Castletroy, Limerick. But the service that we got from her was a horrible experience.
The incident happened on the 25th February, 2022 at approximately between 13:00-14:00 when me and my family went to Lana Restaurant to enjoy our meal .
After we paid for our food, your employee Aska started harassing me about my daughter’s mental health. . My daughter was there with me in the restaurant but she was quiet. She used to bully my daughter when they were previously sharing an accommodation in Castletroy that caused the further deterioration of my daughter’s mental health. I only recognized your employee Aska Zyto when she introduced herself then started verbally harassing me and my family in front of customers . Otherwise, I wouldn’t have known who she was.
That behaviour to me was totally unacceptable and very unproffesional.
As her employer you have an obligation to act and must give her a disciplinary procedure. I do not know if she has done it to other customers or colleagues at work. I was very close to calling the Gardai which will not have a good impact on your business. You will lose good customers when she is around.
I expect your prompt action regarding this matter otherwise I will take it further.
