点评：We visited your N1 city branch yesterday. My son was playing in the play area, he had his arm band on and I asked the lady that oversee the play area to keep an eye over him and she agreed to do so. Both my husband and I went to check up on him every 5 minutes to check if he was still ok. We even kept checking the cameras that was in the play area and he was fine. A few minutes later we saw a waiter walking with my son and I called her to show where we sitting, she brought my son and didn't say anything and we thought she brought him from the play area. A few seconds after that a man came over and said that he saw my son walking outside of Spur and brought him in. My son did not have his arm on anymore and the lady in the play area did not even notice my son wasn't there anymore when I went to ask her about it. I spoke to the manager and she was so rude and made like it was our fault that our son left. Yes I take responsibility as I had to be more vigilant, however I expected more of Spur when it comes to child safety. The manager did not even apologize and just walked away. I was so disgusted by the service received that we paid and just left.
