Grand Hotel. Grand or Not so Grand?
Grand Hotel的点评
点评：Disappointing Stay. I had called a week before to let them know it was my Birthday. The person I spoke to said they would note it down. When I got to check in, there's no record of the note. The check in person then proceeded to interrogate me about who I spoke to. And didn't seem interested.
The check in itself was ridiculously long. I waited 45 minutes for them to find a room. I eventually had to go to the desk to find out what was going on, only for them to tell me that the shift had changed, and the previous person didn't bother to tell the next shift. Yeah, not so Grand a Hotel so far.
Hotel looks great from the outside, but rooms are small. There's only one 2 pin plug, so you can't charge more than 1 phone. Simply ridiculous in this day and age.
Staff are not friendly. I make it my duty to always greet staff when I stay at a hotel, half of them didn't even greet back. No smiles, no friendly wave. Some reluctantly greeted back.
Breakfast was ok on the 1st day. Nothing special. 2nd day breakfast was truly terrible. There was even an inspector checking out the breakfast. Food was stale.
My final verdict, The Grand Hotel is not so Grand. At All
