点评：Regrettably I cannot agree with customers who gave excellent ratings. We were a party of 12. We were welcomed by a team of minimum 4 enthusiastic waiters. The restaurant was EMPTY. (14H00) We placed the drinks order. We waited minimum 30 minutes for our drinks. Another 1.5 hours passed before our meal was served. How sad😔 . In the meantime our drinks were finished. No one came by to apologise for the delay from the kitchen. OR ask whether we would like another drink. FINALLY/EVENTUALLY our meal arrived. DUE PRAISE: It was DELICIOUS. When we asked what they do when busy, one waiter said "we never had so many people in the restaurant." We were also told the cook had other things to do besides cooking our lunch... like stocktaking . We really wanted a coffee but 😱 but did not order in case we had to wait another hour.. customer service needs to be improved. Please don't come with a group.... maybe couples get better service 🤔 😕
