We need a self serve option where exceptions can be explained to the chef!

点评:Spouse is gluten sensitivity and dairy and sit intolerant. Waiter was Ben.Offered to modify salmon entree to remove all gluten and sit rename crust. Just fish with veggies, no gluten. Said no gluten several times. Asked what Capelinni was, it was a menu listed ingredient, he said it was the sauce. It's wheat based noodles. He knew nothing of his menu items, and lied. When the 42.00 meal showed up he lifted the salmon off the bed of noodles and placed the noodles on another plate. He then placed the salmon back on the original plate, with strands of noodles still in place. Knew nothing about the meal! Obviously trying to hide his mistake, from chef and owner. can only assume he would have to pay for his lack of knowlege. What would happen if his actions resulted in a seizure? In the end WE paid for his lack of knowledge. SO, willing to accomodate, but absolutely no training or knowledge.And no tip.Had the nerve to come and check with us to see if we liked our meals.
