点评：We were returning to Magog after touring some of the Eastern Townships. We wanted a coffee before returning to our hotel. As it was Monday and late in the day most cafes were closed. We almost drove by this place but noticed it was open so we stopped. So glad we did. we started off by getting lates and a delicious pistachio meringue tart. It was so delicious and the pastries were so delicious we got some croissants for the morning. We loved them. We had tried other boulangeries for croissants in the Magog area and these were so much better.
I have never been in a store like this before. In the San Francisco Bay area we have stores like William Sonoma or Sur La Table that have cooking utensils and packaged foods. This store goes way beyond that with an amazing bakery, a case of chocolates, extensive wines, a huge cheese selection, fresh and frozen meals, cooking and olive oils, maple syrup, to name a few. You can also get anything culinary from a pepper grinder to a pizza oven. The owner was very friendly and explained that this was his only store.
This is a one-of-a-kind store. If you are into good foods then this should be a destination!
