点评：My review is not a reflection of the hotel but rather of staff following their protocols and procedures. On August 31st, I authorized a stay for someone for one night. I was sent a "Payment Authorization Form." I filled this information out, dated it, and sent it back to the hotel. Again, let me emphasize that the stay was for one night. The hotel staff, out of compassion, worked with this individual to stay a number of nights longer (bravo for your compassion) but continued to use my credit card as the authorization to continue the stay. It is both unethical and illegal to use someone's credit card without their authorization. Protocols and procedures should be followed by hotel chains and their staff. It is now Sept 14th. After 3 phone calls, my credit card was removed from the system. If someone signs a form and authorization was only given for one night, do not continue to use the persons credit card without a phone call and further discussion and authorization. This has been the most stressful event. It has strained a relationship with a vulnerable family and has overextended my personal generosity without notification of this hotel. My trust has been broken, and I would have a difficult time entrusting any personal information or a credit card to this hotel location. My information, my credit card, is not the property nor for the personal use of any hotel chain without my consent.
