点评:I had the WORST experience with this restaurant. I ordered through door dash online a few hours before my lunch break at work and once I paid for it online with my credit card, I received a text on my phone saying the order had been received and was placed. I went to the restaurant on my lunch break and walked into the restaurant where the fellow asked me are you picking up? I said yes and told him my name. He asked if it was with SKIP and for the order number but I said it was done online and I only had a text saying the order was being prepared. He started yelling at me for the order number over and over and I told him I only had this text confirmation and showed it to him. He said he had nothing ready for me and no such order. I asked him if he could prepare my order since I still wanted the food I had purchased online especially since I had paid for it and wasn't getting any food for the charge?! He said he couldn't do anything for me and was very rude. I told him this is such bad customer service. He said, "I don't care!". I went back to my car and looked up the HANABI charge on my credit card and it was there. I went back in and showed him and he said he had nothing and couldn't just give it to me since, "He's not GOD!" I told him I would be giving him a terrible review and he yelled, "I DON'T CARE!" I was shocked by the entire situation.
