点评:We visit the White Spot often and almost always are happy with the food and the service.
This time, we first ordered tea and asked the server to please give the cups a shot of hot water to heat them up, which she seemed totally fine with, and the tea came and was very satisfying.
My friend chose the scrambled egg, turkey, bacon, avocado...breakfast wrap with hashbrowns, which was humongous (enough for two meals) and apparently delicious.
I picked a new menu item - chicken yaki udon bowl. It was tasty despite having disappointingly no spinach (zero) and the teensy tiniest bit of cabbage (had to search through to find even a few shredded bits of it). Please don't list ingredients that are absent or so minuscule as to not even be noticed.
When we mentioned to the server about the lack of veg in the udon bowl, she didn't seem to want to hear about it and when asked when the price of tea had gone up to $4.25, she got defensive and said that it had nothing to do with anyone there. Obviously we weren't blaming her, and we let her know that, but the server is the one who we would expect to pass on this information to the kitchen and those above.
