点评:i worked a 17.5 hour shift, and hoped for a hot meal of sorts. they took my order, but couldnt process my card. fine, we tried from inside the store, no go.
they assumed it was my card.
i went next door bought a small item, no issues, but the atm was down.
i returned, explained my card worked fine, tried again. no go.
ok, there are those stand alone kiosks, i tried to pay there, as i didnt want to have them waste food, and low and behold, it worked fine. mcdonalds interact, was the issue. i get the food, go home. the burger however, was just 2 dry patties and a bun. no toppings. it was a double quarter pound with cheese ordered.
dissapointing after the effort i put in to pay them.
i feel the care and attention to detail is lacking. i dont want to slag them, but the few times i have been there, i have experienced orders being wrong, poorly done, ect.
the drivethrough is very difficult to hear or understand them, which is an equipment issue.
i feel there needs to be some effort put forward on improving the function of said things, as well as greater attention to detail.
