点评：Driving through Hope B.C., we spotted Rollys Restaurant and our spur of the moment decision to stop for breakfast was a good choice for sure.
We were warmly greeted and seated immediately and within minutes had a hot coffee in front of us. Each of us ordered omelets which again came quickly and were delicious. Coffee refills were nonstop and piping hot .
Service was exceptional from everyone working there but one lady stood out for us and I'm so sorry I never got her name. We chatted for a bit and found out she has been at Rollys for 24 years. She was so charming she even managed to sell my husband a slice of apple pie to go at 10:00 a.m.
We don't live anywhere close to there or it certainly would be our favorite go-to diner style restaurant!! For a Thursday morning it was nonstop people coming and going so I can assume other folks believe this is a great place to get a good meal at a very good price and get plenty of smiles as a bonus. Great work ladies at Rolly's.
