点评：After a long day of travel, we wanted nothing more than a nice dinner and a drink. To our surprise we got so much more! From the welcome at the door, we were treated as if we were the most important priority of the day. We received tremendous service from Samantha, who offered the specials of the day, took our order, delivered our drinks, and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.
We ordered French onion soup to start and the 1/2 rack of ribs meal; that came with mashed potatoes and the best corn bread we have ever had! Before we knew it our meal was being served. The soup was perfectly made and delicious and the ribs were excellent.
Thank you Summit Grill for being a needed oasis at the end of our day; such an incredible view of the beautiful Rockies from your windows. You clearly focus on creating a relaxing atmosphere, serving fabulous food and for putting together an incredible team, which includes Samantha, who focus on all the right things. Well done, we look forward to our next visit and to recommending the Summit Grill to others.
