点评：We decided to head downtown for lunch after moving our daughter into her dorm. A fairly large pub we were seated right away with our table overlooking the vats where they make their beers. Our server was a local chap who gave us a bit of a rundown on Brockville which was really nice as we mentioned that we had never been here. Once settled in we ordered our drinks, an amber for myself and the 1000 Island cider for my wife which is also made by the brewery. For meals my wife ordered the Spicy Maple Bacon Burger with fries, my daughter the 1000 Island smash Burger with fries while I settled on Nashville Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries. Despite being busy the meals didn’t take too long at all. When they arrived the portions were very generous, the food looked great and smelled even better. After a few bites all three of us agreed that the food was really good and that we wouldn’t hesitate to return again in future. As far as the drinks went my wife and I enjoyed them so much that we bought two six packs of each to take back with us to Ottawa. If you are in Brockville you certainly won’t go wrong by dining at the 1000 Island Brewing Company.
