点评:Absolutely terrible service. I have never in my life experienced something so poor. We took our seats and received our pop quickly… and that is where the service ended. When the waitress came back to take our order she left the table and that is the last we seen of her. We sat there for 45 minutes before we walked into the kitchen to speak to a manager. The manager came out and heard what the issue was, and when he returned he asked what we ordered. After telling the waitress our order she “forgot” to enter the order !! When we entered the restaurant there was ONE table already seated. The waitress sat and served THREE additional tables AFTER “taking” our order.
The manager did offer us a large pizza “on the house”…. We went there for pasta and salad, and were offered a pizza??? In what universe does that make sense.
Terrible service and absolutely no resolution to our concern. We will never return to this location unless under new management. Will be contacting Boston Pizza corporate as well. If they are representing the name, they should be providing a more positive guest experience.
