RANDOM GUY CAME INTO MY ROOM

点评：I stayed at the property on the 5th February 2023, in Auckland for work.
The checkin process was easy, the room was new, clean and pleasant
But at 12.30am i was woken to somebody trying to get into my room. I thought they had the wrong room and would realise but then i heard the lock go and the door started to open which is when i jumped out of bed and stopped the person from coming through. He was standing there with a key in his hand and a bag. He said he thought the room was empty !!!
In the morning i looked at the door handle and there was nowhere on the door that a key could be inserted they were opened with a card
I reported this to the reception in the morning and told them to check the cameras in the building, the response i got back was not good enough and i was told there was a night porter on. I didn't see a night porter on the property
If a guy can access my room in the middle of the night then that means that myself and my belongings were not safe at this property
I sent them a follow up email last week and have heard nothing from them
