点评：Unfortunately, this place didn't live up to our expectations.
We spent three nights here at the end of August 2025 and unfortunately had two days of rain (I know... it's the season), which accentuated the disadvantage of being in an isolated location with no real activities... In short, we spent most of our time either at the restaurant or in our room waiting for the sun.
The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is probably the property's greatest asset. There are also 3 kayaks free to use.
The rooms are large and the bedding is adequate, but everything seems dated and should be refreshed or modernized. The separation between the bed and the bathroom/toilet, for example, is separated by a simple curtain. The shower pressure is minimal. Our room was equipped with a television, but it didn't work. Some rooms are quite far away and at the end of a steep climb.
Perhaps our expectations were too high after the many five-star reviews, but we never actually felt like we were in a resort. Our feeling was more of an improved backpacker lodge (that we often booked when we were younger)
I understand that maintaining a beachfront location is not easy and time-consuming, but all beach beds and chairs, for example, should be replaced, and many places could use a lick of paint. The beach and the immediate surrounding area are quite dirty. As soon as you get a little further away, there's plastic everywhere. There is also currently construction work underway in the immediate area.
We probably should have researched a bit more, but we felt a bit cheated. Looking for more comfort (and considering the weather) we therefore decided to leave the place earlier.
This is just my personal opinion, and perhaps we're used to more upscale places which influences our opinion.

我知道维护海滨位置并不容易，也很费时，但比如所有的沙滩床和椅子都应该更换，很多地方也需要重新粉刷一下。海滩和周边地区相当脏。只要稍远一点，就能看到到处都是塑料垃圾。目前附近还有施工现场。
我们或许应该多做些调查，但感觉有点受骗。为了更舒适（也考虑到天气），我们决定早点离开。
这只是我的个人看法，也许我们习惯了更高档的地方，这影响了我们的看法。
我们祝愿Mael和他的团队一切顺利。
