点评：First and foremost, as a local let's not single out Staff apart from, if you are Local, You know who the ignorant grumpy "no ducks given" that obviously knows for one reason or another they won't lose their job. Often referred to as grumpy by non-locals.
This place is a complete embarrassment, I frequent here 3 or more times a week, and before you knock me food poor food choices, I'm actually doing 'Takeaway night runs' for different people who can't go due to hubby working nights, disabled people, elderly and yes , people who won't go there because they have had a confrontation or 2 with a certain person and it wouldn't be good for that certain person if the entered and possibly result in violence, sad but very true. Also MANY that have had something or many things too many times and won't go near the place. Yes I'm the run around who is happy to make kids, elderly and disabled happy for the embarrassment of a meal they buy that fortunately tastes ok no matter how it's presented because it's a treat , not an everyday meal. I NEVER complain, occasionally, I let them know when something isn't right or ask them to remake a McFlurry as the 2 table spoons of ice cream and few M&Ms scattered on top, the staff member was clearly barely awake in the middle of a dinner rush and had pressure on. I'll just get it over with.
-Most of the staff are pleasant enough but too busy too interact as staff are very minimal from what I can see. Only one core staff member that's insists she's bullied but continues to have no training in people skills, has some MH issues which can be accepted and definitly no idea on people skills and nothing has changed even with the amount of people that know of her terrible manner. I'm sure she would be fine if she were willing to listen and accept it and relieve some good training. Voice is piercing when calling out numbers, locals giggle, non locals are in shock and think she's being funny or yelling like that on purpose. The lil ones out the back making burgers need to put some love into their food prep but good on them for being there, most young ones are too embarrassed to work their or don't last with trying to cope with the staff member mentioned above. There have been some great locals who have worked there for a short time, have fantastic people skills, know how to please a customer of something isn't right and take ownership for the store. For that we are lucky, sadly they are there till they find something better. Newish Tall guy often on at nights, a good sort, bit lacking in enthusiasm but can see why, does his best when issues arise.
-Food, tastes as it should , fries are their saving grace, generally always hot and fresh, just like the ice cream a Large is often half full. Most food is tasty but very poorly put together, the correct amounts of whatcshoukd be o a burger are never right and burger is often chucked in a box spewing everywhere always with too much sauce. This is an ongoing issue for everyone. When ordering multiple cheese burgers , they are wrapped too fast and often 4 out of 6 will not be in the paper by the time you open bag. Chicken nuggets usually like the fries, hot and fresh , but pretty much all food like wraps, burgers anything put together by staff is a mess and badly wrapped or boxed.
- Cold drinks are never right, too full, half full, warm cold drinks , cold hot drinks. No good barrista training, very rarely get a good coffee, too much staff turnover is my guess and the ones training new staff need training themselves, coffee avers never look impressed, so making coffee must be a pain. Again too hot and watery , too cold and milky, coffee grinds often in the coffee and it's a tasteless, coffee less, watery cappacino or latte pretty much all tge time. BP is a better option. If like me and for example a large strong sweet cappa , 2 extra shots hot , extra froth and about 6 sugars (3 home teaspoon sizes) and a touch of chocolate, HOT, frothy, milky but strong as possible and sweet, yeagmh right. Usually 1-2 shots max, milk has been refrothed too many times, opening sugar sachets too much hard work but shaking the chocolate is fun. Never buy coffee here, I know my coffee, I've trained in it, over frothed refrothed milk, re used coffee shots??? And never judge a person how lthey like their coffee, whatever they prefer is not a problem. I won't even discuss their Hot Tea, just heat the nearest swamp water up and put some milk that's been frothed for coffee in it and you'll get your cup of tea. Definitly notca place for hot refreshments.
I've covered the basics, but the biggest reason for not going here is hygiene. Tables are usually dirty with the last person's rubbish on it, they worry more about mopping the floor and sweeping than the tables or eating areas. It's disgusting and time and time again I see a spillage that's still there 3 days later. Going to the toilet , look out on the floor, be wearing shoes, ladies please squat , do not sit down, check the walls for brown finger marks, it's not chocolate! I've also seen a staff member finish mopping the toilets, walk out and see a mess under tables and use that same mop to give the spillage a fast clean up.
The kids area is not cleaned inside, do not let your kids in the play area as obviously it's used for toilet training, haven't seen anything brown just that smell of kiddy playgrounds is very pungent.
Rubbish bin is always over flowing insumide and right outside tge door, the rubbish bi itself never gets a clean .

The whole place is embarrassing, well known to have a bad rep, yes we all go back but I guess we are forever waiting for that day where something changes, I see bad rap going back as far as when it opened, sadly outer 2 biggies KFC and Maccas really let this place down. I think nothing is done about it because people still keep buying there. Personally it's really sad. And those experienced in fast food or good coffee struggle to understand. People WILL keep going back and we are being taken for granted and nothing has been done about how bad maccas is as long as it's been opened. If expansion was an option and fantastic staff and hygiene sorted, this place would be a goldmine I hope one day the owners or regional manager CEO takes notice. And time to revamp the one who everyone comments on. Put some time and effort into her personal wellbeing and educate her more on fast food service, help that really sad uncaring personality. The face of dvke maccas come on. Totally ripped off all the time. Out of towers PLEASE don't bother. Plenty of nice bakeries etc.
