点评:As locals, this used to be our go-to spot for burgers. Not after today. First, the prices keep going up: Almost $14 for a regular cheeseburger; more for the other burgers on the menu. Fries are extra at about $6 and up and definitely not worth what you get. Eight onion rings will set you back nearly $9. That would all be ok, but the service has gone downhill as well. (I actually think the restaurant must have changed hands.) Of the four burgers our family ordered, the elk burger just never came. Finally, when one person in our group had finished his burger, we inquired of the kitchen staff where the elk burger was. We were told that elk burgers have to cook 15 minutes longer than beef burgers. I guess they think their customers are stupid... elk dries out and actually requires less cooking time than beef. We watched as five other people's burgers were served, and still no elk burger. After more than 25 minutes, we got it. It appeared that they had forgotten to cook that one, and then tried to blatantly lie about it. No biggie. Why not just say "oops, we goofed up," and throw in some free fries or something. That's how you keep customers. High prices, skimpy side dishes, and poor service... definitely not worth it. The good news is, there are lots of other burger joints in SLT to choose from! (Giving two stars instead of only one, because the older woman at the cash register was very pleasant!)
