Cafe Rio Mexican Grill的点评
点评：Took my lunch break and got a steak burrito to go. Got back to the office and started eating and found several pieces of steak that were not even Cooked to rare, it wasn't pink, it was solid red. Pretty much raw beef. Ended up buying a couple sandwiches from the vending machine.
At the end of the day, I took the food back and spoke with the cashier and explained what I had gotten. She says "I'll go get the manager". She went and spoke with someone and then comes back and says they always cook the steak Med Rare. She said they can remake it for me right now, but it will still be Med Rare....
Again, many of the steak pieces on my burrito were not even Rare, they were raw.
I again commented that this had been my lunch, it's now the end of business day and I've already eaten so that does me no good.
Her response? "Well I don't know what you expect us to do about this".
Wow. Seriously, they had no clue what should be done about this.
Lets see, you could refund the order, you could offer a comped entrée for the future, you could even apologize for serving raw meat. Nope, this location had no clue what they could do other than remake it on the spot (4hrs after my lunch).
This location also has a gentleman with a scruffy beard serving up food with no covering to prevent hairs from getting in the food and a woman that looks like she wears clown makeup.
I liked Cafe Rio, but this location will not be getting any more of my business.
