Golden Bear Brewing的点评
点评：The Golden Bear is a regular for our family on a Friday eve. We look forward to it all week. We have had a couple of disappointing experiences, but last Friday was just not ok. We will be finding a new place to meet up on a Friday eve. Sadly I think the owners won't miss us, as they are always busy on summer evenings (location, location, location). We ordered, all was fine. Then 1 meal was missing, and the young waiter argued with us......then he brought us a burger (that wasn't for us nor the vegetarian among us who did not have their order). He then said he would bring us our order. We watched other orders come out, but not our missing one. In another hour our missing order arrived & the young waiter said I could get a refund for it. Off to get the refund, and he then changed his mind saying we had actually gained a burger! I don't blame the young man, as he was clueless, lacked any training. The other waiter was maybe 10 years old. All staff at best guess under 20 & chatting, laughing....while the owner sat at the bar. Hmmmm.
