点评：We arrived at 2:30pmp on 25th of January 2025 for our booking. We first sat outside and asked for the menus, but a bit later we then asked to move inside since it was more comfortable for my baby. We were first served by a gentle man outside who made sure all our needs were attended to. Our trouble started when we moved inside. My sister ended up getting up to look for a waiter to serve us, one lady came up as our waiter to our table with just a food menu, no drinks menu at all. We asked her to give us 5 mins to order but we ended up waiting more than 40 minutes before anyone came to take our order , no other waiters paid attention to us even though they were serving tables around us. Our server was dismissive, when we tried getting her attention, she didn't even look our way, and carried on passing our table.
The restaurant didn't seem busy for the poor service we got . The manager only attended to us when we asked for our water bill and expressed our dissatisfaction with the treatment we had received. He didn't even acknowledge that the lady came to assist and we asked for a minute to look at the menu , but blamed the guy that was serving us outside.
This really spoiled my son first birthday celebration day.
