The Spa At Cadbury House的点评
点评：Guest at the hotel with 3 friend fir a 2 night break to relax. On Friday we went to the restaurant in the health club. My chicken burger was raw! Pink and bloody in the middle! Called the waitress and her colleagues over and they were clearly horrified. Took it back to the kitchen then came back and told me the chef apologised. I was offered a new meal but by this point I really didn't fancy trying another burger, so just had some Bruschetta with peppers and tomato.
Spa experience very disappointing. E had some treatments booked.
Firstly you have to pay for a robe! Entrance to the pool grubby!
Lots of children in the pool so very noisy-- glad I hadn't paid for an adult spa day.
Indoor Jacuzzi not working!
Nice try with the relaxation room but damp and 3 young men in there shouting- in the end I asked them to
be quiet!!
To reach the treatment area you have to exit through the changing room, back out to the spa reception then upstairs and walk through the restaurant in your robe!!
Once in the treatment area it's very nice with excellent staff who off lovely treatments.
