点评：Marrickville isn't known for its Italian restaurants, but being easily accessible from Marrickville train station I booked one Thursday night with a few friends. I have to say the service was pretty good, and the prices were a big plus with most meals no more than $25, which is very reasonable for this area.
We tried a few different dishes on the menu, and I tasted at least some of all of the ones we ordered.
We started with a salumi plate, which was prosciutto and salami with some cheeses and olives. It was quite small for the price, but it was nice enough and what I would expect from this sort of share plate, but it didn't last very long so we ordered two.
I tried the spinach and ricotta canneloni, it was fine with decent flavour without being amazing, just alright, and one of my friends had the vegan lasagne who said it was also pretty good, it looked identical to mine.
Someone else has the tortellini arrabiata, good sauce but it felt a bit like a local takeaway pasta rather than something I'd expect at a restaurant. I'd order it again for takeaway though if I wanted something easy and fairly inexpensive.
We didn't order pizzas but from what I saw on other tables they looked and smelled reasonably good. I'd give them a go for takeaway.
To be fair, this place was pretty basic, a cross between a restaurant and a takeaway place, very casual, good service, good prices, food was just okay. I've certainly had worse, and if I wanted a quick pasta or pizza then I would come here for sure.
