点评：I needed to get something quickly during my lunch break. Went to the drive thru, the til breaks down. Told they don’t know how long it’ll take she to fix. Please go inside to order. So I go inside. There’s three tills, only one is open. I Wait in line behind someone who doesn’t know what they want. He kept asking what was in the meals then asked for things that weren’t even on the menu. The boy on the till is clueless. Doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. Keeps walking away to ask other people what to do. There’s five other workers there but none of them help. Finally a girl comes over to help. She doesn’t know what to do either so goes to look for the manager. She can’t find him. So we all stand there waiting. I walked out after ten minutes. It’s supposed to be fast food. How can there only be one till open at lunchtime? And how can they have someone working on the till who doesn’t know what they’re doing? The guy ordering was annoying too. There are menus and pictures of the food everywhere. Make your decision then go order. Don’t stand at the till, holding everyone else up while you ruminate over what to get at kfc.
