点评：I visited the Bungle Bungles in August on a photography workshop. We photographed the Domes at sunset and sunrise catching the golden light on the spinifex and beehive textured domes, the awesome Cathedral Gorge, Echidna Chasm which we timed perfectly to witness the deep chasm, which is shaded for most of the day, glow as the light shone through for a few minutes (between 11am and 1pm depending on the time of the year) and took an amazing HeliSpirit helicopter flight over the magnificent landforms. I would highly recommend all those places to visit and the helicopter flight was an experience not to be missed.
We stayed two nights at the Bungle Bungles Savannah Lodge clamping in a very comfortable tent for two with ensuite. We ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge and were given a packed lunch to take with us on our day trip. The food was very enjoyable, the staff very friendly and the lodge well appointed. I would return there if I had the opportunity for another visit.
