点评：24 of us attended for my 50th birthday. To say that service was slow is an understatement... approximately 6 of the party ordered starters so we waited for them to be served first.. which in itself was a long wait.
We then waited a further hour for mains... The server looking after us had given each individual bill a number and despite this, still come out shouting who ordered this, which was quite frustrating as some of the party had ordered the same and was all scrabbling over who's was who. She also brought out a wrong dish and was adamant that my friend had ordered the dish she had. A few in the group were offered free drinks as an apology for the poor service. Food was ok, nothing to write home about.
Drinks service was none existent and we all had to go to the bar.. they lost out on a lot of sales as people could be bothered to wait at the bar.
There wasn't enough staff on for the numbers (I'm from a hospitality background) and the staff that were there were understandably stressed out.
Toilets were also a mess and had no toilet roll.
All in all it was a disappointing night and I wish we have booked somewhere else.
