点评：Awful from beginning to end. New waiter did his best but ended up walking out! Can’t say I blame him.
Many items ordered not available which we were ok with as visitor followed bank holiday weekend but should’ve been told beforehand . Children’s meals were supposed to be offered with breadsticks and crudities to start. These never arrived. When asked they got a pot with a couple of broken breadsticks in between them. After more than an hours wait, we checked at bar where our food was and agreed they should focus on getting starters and children’s food out. After another 15/20 minutes this arrived, followed after another very long wait by food. The absolute worst thing was attitude of staff. Rude, unapologetic and aggressive. Small offer of compensation nowhere near made up for appalling service, length of time we waited or their attitude.
No sign of manager.
Do not go here. Worst experience of hospitality I’ve received in many a year.
