点评：Not many kitchens / chefs have the “talent” to destroy a nice two pieces of salmon. This restaurant apparently does.
Served cold and dry and disastrous amounts of salt!! Simply uneatable!!
My wife asked me to demand refund or at least change the course but I gave up. Other courses we got were pretty much the same level.
The pizza dough was tasty but that’s about it. Tomato sauce / cheese ratio was awful so not much talent in pizzas as well.
White rice was tasteless and was more like the course one is served in hospitals.
The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars rather a complete failure is the nice people, good service and pleasant desert environment.
Assuming the “chef” is not the owner I strongly suggest to replace him with a person who at least knows the basic of cooking even not a chef.
In Arava area there aren’t many restaurants choices and I think that’s the only reason this restaurant still works.
