Beeston Fields的点评
点评：We met up as a family from 7 different households for Sunday lunch (carvery) on the 16th March. There were 8 diners and a newborn baby.
Our orders for starters were taken, 5 had the Brie, one a soup and one a kofta. One had nothing. No complaints there although pricey.
Then we came to the main carvery. Very pleasant lady serving the meat. The beef was very pink/raw and two of our party had the more well cooked edges. 5 had the pink beef and one had turkey. The meat and the vegetables were only luke warm and the gravy very watery. All together not a pleasant meal for £17.95pp. At the time we didn’t complain as we are not complainers as a rule.
That afternoon/evening, 4 out of the 8 had chronic diahorrea, tummy cramps and the feeling of being sick. One of the party was violently ill both ends on Sunday night. The other three had severe pains and diahorrea for a couple of days.
I rang to inform Beeston on Monday and no apology. I spoke to the duty Manager Anna. She promised to phone the next day, which she did.
Unbelievably she informed me that we all must of had a tummy bug which was nothing to do with them! I reiterated that we were from 7 different households and only met up that day. Anna was very unsympathetic. She admitted she had never dealt with anything like this before, but she should be more sympathetic and offer a refund as there is no way we will be dining there again!!
I would say avoid avoid unless you are constipated!! Angry doesn’t cut it

我会说，除非你便秘，否则不要来这里！！生气是没用的
