点评：We got there a bit early and were seated after they did a bit of jiggling around which I appreciated.
We were seated, and a waitress came over pretty quickly. Not a smile was given by her for the whole meal. She took our orders (two roasts, a kids nuggets and nachos) and we were served pretty quickly.
The roasts were OK, not great. Potatoes were a bit dry, lamb was a tad overcooked and the gravy didn’t have much flavour. I was a bit surprised not to be given mint sauce but they gave it after we requested it.
The nacho starter was decent and made with proper tortilla and not just Doritos. The kids nuggets were pretty anaemic looking and my preschooler managed 2 but then spat the rest out.
The sticky toffee pudding was pretty tasteless and dry but caramel sauce was OK.
All in all it was about £85 for 2 roasts, 2 desserts, a nachos, a kids meal and dessert and 3 soft drinks. Not extortionate for the area.
