点评:Absolutely shocking we booked to stay Friday to Monday in a superior caravan. Which had faults there was holes in the decking, broken radiators, chairs was wobbly to the point it wasn’t safe to sit on. No blind in the kitchen as it was broke and left on top of a cupboard, stains on sofa, a means of escape window blocked by a shed outside. We had to have a maintenance man out to unblock the kitchen sink so we could was the pots we had used. As for the resort we are at the spitfire restaurant on the Friday evening had to wait over an hour for food, tried to book for the restaurant upstairs for the following night but that was already fully booked so had to go out off the resort for tea. In the morning we had to wait 45 minutes just for a coffee. There was a lot of other people complaining aswell as us. On the Sunday we had had enough so I went to the away resort costumer services and put my complaint in and was told a manager would contact me but still awaiting to hear from anyone. We left on the Sunday afternoon as we’d had enough so lost a full day/night. Which is really disappointing. If we hadn’t of already booked experiences 2 weeks before we got there we wouldn’t of had anything to do because most things was fully booked including the outdoor pool.
