La Chocolaterie, Mauriac的点评
点评：While travelling on my motorcycle in the Cantal department on Tuesday 17th June I stopped in Mauriac. It was nearly lunchtime. Le Chocolaterie, just off the town square, had some vacant tables outside. I was early for lunch and firstly ordered an espresso. I then ordered the menu de jour. The main course was a sumptuous salad of various local cheeses, tomatoes, olives…….etc. To follow I was offered either strawberries, meringue and Chantilly cream or Tarte au Apricot. Both sounded delicious. I chose the strawberries.
The staff/proprietor couldn’t have been nicer. They were very friendly, welcoming and were patient with my limited French. I later discovered that they spoke good English.
The meal was excellent value and I will certainly recommend it. Sadly, it will be closed in September when I next visit Mauriac – opening again in the Spring
NB. The toilets are in the Marie just next door.

这顿饭物超所值，我一定会推荐这家店。可惜的是，当我下次去莫里亚克时，这家店将在九月关门——春天重新开业。
