Excellent service and friendly staff.

点评：Went with my husband. Service was amazing. Was warmly greeted by staff who took us around the spa and the gentleman on the desk was very friendly and showed us around the facilities.
Even for a weekend it wasn’t too busy and we were able to use all the facilities. A very relaxing atmosphere. Selection of saunas and hot tubs to choose from if others are in use.
It’s good to note you need to pay for drinks etc as you order them so have your card/phone out to pay when you order.
Showers were good and clean. Changing areas was warm. One small gripe would be there isn’t a toilet in the changing areas. You have to use the one in the spa area.
We were transported by our friendly receptionist to the vineyard offering facts and information about the vineyard. All staff were exceptional as was the food. A fabulous experience and we will definitely return and maybe try the 9 course taster meal.
