Not a relaxing place
The Spa at Sprowston Manor的点评
点评：Firstly the massage we booked were great however the noise from the corridor disturbed the massage. We could hear everyone's conversations on the way to the changing room and at no point were they asked to be quiet and considerate to those trying to relax haha my massage I didn't listening to couples and kids talking. The baggage therapist herself was great however was pretty rotten by the surroundings
Not as relaxed as I hoped.
The facilities were unusable so to say. We arrived and wanted to have a day relaxing. Unfortunately we're were unable to do this due to towels on loungers that were never used. In over 4 hours the loungers were not used however the towels were blue removed, that staff weren't bothered. I actually took a photo as we left the spa at 4 and at 7pm the towels were still in the same place. There was a group of teenagers in the hot tub that I think the towels being to however when they left and left their towels nothing was done. Very poor considering they are on site websites as spa deals
