点评：Yesterday, my family and I visited Royal Nawab -Ilford Branch hoping for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue was the food quality—everything we get was extremely salty, to the point where it was almost inedible. We tried multiple dishes, hoping at least one would be better, but sadly, all of them had the same overwhelming saltiness.
When we brought this to the attention of a staff member (who seemed to be a supervisor), he appeared indifferent and didn’t take our feedback seriously. There was no effort to rectify the situation, whether by offering a replacement dish or adjusting the seasoning.
While the restaurant has a wide variety of options, the poor execution and lack of concern from the staff ruined our experience. We won’t be returning, as we don’t want to pay for food that isn’t enjoyable. It’s a shame because the place had potential, but the excessive salt and unprofessional service made it a disappointing visit.
