I had a frustrating experience with Airport Bus Express on 09/09, where I was blatantly lied to by their salesperson. I was initially planning to take a bus from another company, which would drop me off near my home at Victoria Station. However, the salesperson from Airport Bus Express falsely claimed that the other company had no buses running until 06:00 and pressured me to book with them, saying I’d have to wait until then if I didn’t.
Trusting their advice, I bought a ticket, expecting an earlier departure. To my frustration, their bus didn’t leave until 03:00—exactly the same time as the bus from the other company, which arrived as scheduled. Clearly, the salesperson lied just to secure a sale, knowing full well the other company was running on time.
This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. Being misled and manipulated into booking a service under false pretenses is not how a company should operate. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company to avoid being lied to as I was.
