点评：We had a five hour journey from Devon and very hungry before our night stay at the hotel. From the moment we enquired after a table it was looking like too much trouble. The manager made our booking and we returned at 8pm and ordered the food which was utterly bland and plain. The lasagna resembled an anemic cannelloni swimming in soup and mt microwave pie was accompanied by about 20 frozen peas and no other vegetables. We decided not to complain because we heard the manager slagging off some other customers who had complained and he completely blanked me when I declined to offer a tip and stomped away. What a contrast to the wonderful service we get abroad on the holiday where everyone wants to please and as a result the good food, good value and great customer service are rewarded by generous tipping! Premier Inn you should be ashamed of this restaurant definitely the worst I’ve ever eaten in in decades of using your hotels 😡
