Pizza Hut的点评
点评：Came to Pizza Hut to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. Staff extremely rude, pre order was wrong, everything seemed like an inconvenience, made a fuss of taking drink orders to the point where they just kept walking off every time we tried to get their attention to order a drink. They just dumped our pizzas on the table for us to sort out, rather than asking who has what and putting it in the correct place, they wanted us to do their job for them!
And to top it off, I handed a birthday cake and candles in at the beginning of the meal for them to bring out for my son at the end, they bought it out with the candles unlit and just put it on the table as if it was a meal, no singing, no effort what's so ever. I asked if they had a lighter to light the candles, waitress looked at me as if she has never seen a birthday cake in her life. She said no they did not have a lighter so I asked them to put it back in the kitchen so we could find a lighter and actually sing happy birthday as my son had already seen it and started getting upset. Asked another waiter if there was a lighter, in which he said yes and got one straight away from behind the till! My husband then lit the candles and bought it out himself as we could not rely on the staff to do it properly. Overall, an absolutely awful experience and will not be returning.
