点评：We had a mixed experience. First the food- the kitchen is incredible. Each dish was a work of art and combined amazing flavours and textures. So creative, and often surprising and delighting. Fully deserving of the Michelin accolades.
However we found the service slow and sometimes surly. Perhaps front of house was short staffed. Not ideal at these prices. It was a very hot evening. Our table was to the rear of the room away from the amazing views. It took more than 15 mins to offer us drink - even water - despite the stifling heat. Our server did not love the request from one of our group to switch out one of the dishes because she doesn’t like tomato, even though there were obvious options from the longer set menu to switch to.
Would I recommend? At €150/head probably not. My best experiences of Michelin star restaurants have combined amazing food with attentive service. This was the former but not the latter. It may be that the restaurant prefers to cater to the French market.
Also if the region gets this hot regularly, the restaurant needs aircon.
