点评：I have visited Aimee’s Tea Room many times during the last few years with my elderly mother. We have noticed that the standard of food and service has deteriorated over recent months but today it was particularly bad.
I ordered cheesy beans on brown toast without any butter on the toast and my mum ordered egg and chips.
We waited a long time for our food , much longer than usual, and when our food arrived it was lukewarm warm! I noticed that my toast had been buttered which I pointed out to the waiter. I commented on this and told the waiter that I had requested no butter, as I do every time I visit Aimee’s! I even watched the lady I ordered from write that instruction on the order! This is not good. Fortunately I don’t have an allergy but what about people who do and make a special dietary request? Kitchen staff should not just ignore a dietary request!
