点评：Amazing meal with incredible service. We are not typical “foodies” though we like and appreciate good food. We looked at the restaurant on a whim and added ourselves to the waitlist in case a table became available on our impromptu trip to Quebec City. We actually had a hard time finding the restaurant, which is part of the fun, our clue should have been the Michelin star sign.
This was our first tasting menu experience and will likely be hard to top. The only dish I didn’t enjoy was foie gras due to animal care objections though if I had not known what it was, I likely would have enjoyed it more. The signature dish is amazing and I would love to have had that repeatedly, in place of a few other courses. Restaurant staff were incredible and the space is quite special. I don’t know that we will make a habit of such luxurious meals but Taniere3 will remain a fond memory.
