WE MET WITH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER AND THE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (AND GET THIS) ...... WE WERE LIED TO ..... AND TOLD THE CLEANING STAFF SAW A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR - AND KNOCKED AND DID NOT ENTER - WHICH IS A TOTAL FABRICATION.
WE ASKED FOR 2 DAYS TO BE CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT - WE WERE TOLD THEY CAN GIVE A 1 DAY CREDIT - AND THE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT US UPON HIS RETURN - (HE TOOK A VACATION DAY AND AN ADDITIONAL DAY OFF) TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.
THIS WAS NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH BY THE HOTEL MANAGER.
WE CAUTION YOU IF YOU PLAN TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, AS THE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE STAFF IS DISHONEST AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROMISES TO ADDRESS ANY CUSTOMER ISSUES.
