点评：The location is easy to find and has a lush colorful interior. Unfortunately the fixed barstools are awkwardly tight to the bar and since they do not have backs, it was not comfortable enough for us to linger as long as we waited. We would have selected a booth but we were (nicely) informed they were usually for larger parties. The menu is concise but still versatile and includes a creative, unique drink menu that is also well curated. The servers are observant, prompt and well-informed about the menu. The dumplings we ordered were moist and perfectly salted if not a bit large. The ceviche was complex, tangy, and wonderfully/puckeringly acidic; it was also generously portioned with a wonderful texture. The crab croquettes feature lots of crab in a clever, claw-in, presentation but it is ruined by an overly thick panko crust that grates the roof of the mouth. Worth a visit for the service; get a booth and sit away from the overly loud speakers and take your time to try as many things as you can.
