点评：Having attempted to place an order online and experiencing a glitch on the website, called and placed an order over the phone. Hostess informed me there would be an additional charge for ordering by phone. Not thinking this would be a significant, proceeded to place the order. Upon picking said order up in person, the amount came to $55 with taxes and standard tip compared to $35 as it would've been online (before tip). Upon asking the hostess regarding the surcharge, she stated "I too think it's unfair and was told by management to say ordering by phone has an extra surcharge - why? I don’t know”.
As a local of the area and a supporter of local businesses, this was quite disappointing to find out such a surcharge exists for ordering by phone. The policy seems rather unnecessary, and frankly the product did not reflect what was a $55 bill. Inquiry was made regarding a refund. Informed I would be refunded the difference, never came to fruition. Will steer clear in future. Not the best way to treat your local customers....
