点评：We were there for a Hockey team event to the other two location
Archery games and Room Escape Ottawa - By the way both were awesome.
I tried to book Playback for the team as a private event but the cost was so expensive at $325 per hour with a 3 hour minimum for a total of $975 with no food or drinks and no confirmation that the activities were included. Also did not include a discount at their partner companies Archery Games and Room Escape Ottawa. So I let them know we could not afford that much money our of our team fees. They let me know the parents could still come in enjoy the drinks and play the games free of charge, but it was 19+ so they could not come in unless we privately booked it.
We chose to do the activities for the team at Archery Games and Escape Ottawa- again they loved it.
The parents chose to get drinks at your venue which were ok prices which is why I gave you 2 stars instead of 1.
The issue - Apparently you changed the rules in the last week that all your games cost $10 per 1/2 hour - honestly that is ridiculous. How many bars have pool tables, darts etc.. free of charge???
The bar tender who was all by himself was busy so I grabbed the pack of darts in an effort to not bother him and started to play, so did another group when he came up to the other group and explained they needed to pay and looked at us with a frown. I followed the staff and explained that I was told that all games were free as long as we were drinking - he explained that they had changed it the week before. There was no signage.
So overall review Not worth it, too bad great setting.
