点评：This place doesn’t even deserve one star. There were extreme issues with our stay, I tried to get in touch with a manger for days, not one return call. Fully charged for our two night stay until I did a review on another forum ironically - and no, it was not a free stay even close as a resolution. No water, we had to find a fast food establishment to relieve ourselves. Pool closed. Gym closed. Had to ask for a bottle of water to brush teeth. And the whole night digging and drilling outside of our window to fix water. I do understand unforeseen things happen, but how this hotel handled it is the biggest issue. A random $20 charged showed up on our credit card, it hasn’t posted yet, but there was no disclosure this was going to happen - we did not charge anything to the room, ate elsewhere and bought nothing on-site . They didn’t even offer breakfast to try and smooth things over as it wasn’t even included in the very high prices. The room was not cleaned during the day when we left between night 1 and 2 (before the water issues) and we were not told anything upon return there was an issue and we passed by the front desk with staff there. We will never return, ever.
